Enea finds its origins in Eredu S. Coop, a manufacturer of outdoor furniture which decided in 1984, to develop a totally different range of furniture which was compatable with the office and home market. As a new company its first product range was created with the zeal of a young, informal, colourful product where certain unique pieces had an immediate commercial impact. As Enea has grown it has progressively become a manufacturing company of designer furniture offering a wide range of solutions for the home, office and public areas. It has developed a significant export business with a truly international presence in the countries of the OECD. It’s primary material for all its creations is metal and when this is combined with several different elements originating from rationalism and the logic of use and function, the final result is a product with a direct response to life in modern times.

The Lievore Altherr Molina studio was founded by three partners, Alberto Lievore, Jeannette Altherr and Manel Molina in 1991. It is devoted to product design, consultancy and art direction for several companies, offering individual solutions to industry. It is known for its furniture designs, involving also in interior design projects, as well as packaging and product design. It has given seminars and courses on numerous occasions, collaborating with several Spanish universities in training new professionals. It is currently working on projects in Spain, Italy and the United States, and they have worked with companies like Andreu World, Arketipo, Arper, Bellato, Bernhardt, Casamilano, Do+ Ce, Dona, Emmebi, Foscarini, Halifax, Metalarte, Orizzonti, Perobell, Poltrona Frau, Roda, Santa & Cole, Segis, Sovet, Sunroller, Tacchini, Tisettanta, Verzelloni and Vibia. It is Winner of the National Design Award (1999) and it has received numerous national and international awards, including several Gold and Silver Delta. It has held Exhibitions and Fairs in Barcelona, Cologne, Chicago, Stockholm, Helsinki, Lisbon, London, Louisiana, Madrid, Malmo, Milan, New York, Paris and Tokyo. Examples of its work are published regularly in all the specialist national and international magazines.
