With a facade fitted with motorised copper fins and overhanging eaves around the perimeter of each floor; the modern bungalow creates a subtle tropical ambiance and provides adequate shade for its occupants.

To complement its contemporary style and earth-tone furnishings, a curated selection of warm and woody surfaces from OberSurfaces' Prestige d'Ober and Obersound Acoustic Panel collections were chosen to furnish selected ceilings within the home.
