The wooden frame has polyurethane memory foam padding of varying densities and it is finished with polyester fibre. In addition to the two types of fabric selected for the multicoloured and tone-on-tone versions, single-colour versions of the Windmill designs can be made in all of the fabrics in the La Cividina collection.

LaCividina was founded in 1976 in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, in the North East of Italy. It is now a leading manufacturer of armchairs and sofas, working both as a contractor and for private customers. A quintessentially Italian approach is tangible in every design and flawlessly encapsulated in the products thanks to the carefully selected materials and finishes, as well as the tailored service for customers.

Born in 1976, Constance Guisset lives and works in Paris.

After studies in Business and Political sciences, she chooses to turn towards design and enters ENSCI design school from which she graduates in 2007.

In 2008 she is awarded the Grand Prix du Design de la Ville de Paris and the Prize for the Public of the Design Parade at La Villa Noailles (Hyère, France. In 2010 she is named among the “ten designers of the year” and wins the Audi Talents Award.

Nowadays Constance Guisset is working on a new concept of interior architecture for Accor hotel group Suite Novotel, an artist’s residency in Mayenne, the rehabilitation of an historic building in partnership with the architect Patrick Bouchain, as well as on many projects with French and international editors.
