Yes, you may pre-order a product. Indent orders will take around 3-4 months to arrive in Singapore.
Yes, all Herman Miller ergonomic chairs comes inclusive with all features. Add-on items such as headrests are not sold in XTRA.
Installation
No, we do not provide light installation but let us know if you need any recommendations.
Warranty
We will advise on a case-by-case basis. For warranty claims and enquiries, kindly take a photo of the product sticker under your chair
and the part requiring servicing, and email it to customerservice@xtra.com.sg

Yes, our showroom is open 11am-8pm daily, no appointment needed. We are located at Marina Square #02-48, just above Kiztopia.
