  • Clearance Items / Display Pieces do not come with their original boxes.

QN: If a product is out-of-stock, can I pre-order it?

ANS: Yes, you may pre-order a product. Indent orders will take around 3-4 months to arrive in Singapore.

QN: May I know when would the products be restocked?

ANS: We will update restocked products on all our social media platforms. Follow our Facebook and Instagram account for more updates!

QN: Are the Herman Miller office chair prices inclusive of ALL the ergonomic features? Or do we have to add-on separately?

ANS: Yes, all Herman Miller ergonomic chairs comes inclusive with all features. Add-on items such as headrests are not sold in XTRA.

QN: Does installation come with lighting purchases from XTRA?

ANS: No, we do not provide light installation but let us know if you need any recommendations.

QN: Will the 12-Year Warranty for Herman Miller office chairs be on-site servicing or do I have to bring it down?
