- Clearance Items / Display Pieces do not come with their original boxes.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product in store before purchasing. Product images used are for illustration purposes only.

ANS: Yes, you may pre-order a product. Indent orders will take around 3-4 months to arrive in Singapore.
QN: May I know when would the products be restocked?
ANS: We will update restocked products on all our social media platforms. Follow our Facebook and Instagram account for more updates!
QN: Are the Herman Miller office chair prices inclusive of ALL the ergonomic features? Or do we have to add-on separately?
ANS: Yes, all Herman Miller ergonomic chairs comes inclusive with all features. Add-on items such as headrests are not sold in XTRA.
ANS: No, we do not provide light installation but let us know if you need any recommendations.
ANS: We will advise on a case-by-case basis. For warranty claims and enquiries, kindly take a photo of the product sticker under your chair and the part requiring servicing, and email it to email@example.com
